Face Worksheets  to promote active learning or they can be used for progress evaluation .

The worksheets can provide an easy assessment of the basic vocabulary for the parts of the face. Students will read the word and draw over the over the corresponding item. It would be fun to see how they solve the problem.

Use the worksheets for revision of the new vocabulary and the facial adjectives, starting with left and right eye. Students can trace the colors words and the adjectives besides coloring accordingly.

I loved these characters so much that I want to do more with them. I cut all the sentences and the images, then I added Velcro con the images. I glued the sentences onto cardboard and the other piece of the matching Velcro.  Well, students have to attach the image to each sentence.

This is a set of creative drawing task worksheets. This is an example with the eraser, but there is a pencil, a bottle of glue and other read and draw kind of worksheets to stimlulate writing.

A little interaction as students ask questions to classmates and complete the questionnaire, leading them to express thmeselves.


Students survey their classmates to collect data on hair and eye colors using the worksheets. This can be an informal assessment for the unit. Students can analyze with another group the data by comparing the frequencies of the different eye and hair color.

A little spelling competition! Students have to recall the face words that start with each letter from the worksheet and write them inside. They can work together and work in a collaborative way. They can even find more face words in a dictionary.

Numbers 1 to 20 Worksheets for Elementary EFL

Practice the number words in different ways with these worksheets. Review colors along the numbers 1 to 20. Deepen the knowledge of these numbers. students will develop numeracy by using the numerical and written form by listening to and writing the numbers as well.

Once the worksheet is done say several numbers in a sequence and have the students touch them and repeat: six, fifteen, twelve.

Students can identify the pattern in the teen numbers writing.

Students can cut the numbers and glue some of them onto the Bingo grids to play at any time in class. Call out the numbers using the small cards from this resource. Students put a marker on their grid as you call out their number. The fist student to cross out all the numbers on their grid has to shout BINGO!

Students should be able to recognize and count up to 20 by now. Ask questions: What color is number thirteen?

 I know that some teachers just have children with dyslexia in their English class. It is useful for you to have picture and text cards in hand such as mine. Have these students and the class in general use colors to highlight the number words and the numerals.

Questionnaire. Involve the class into asking What is your favorite number? and completing the worksheet.

 When asking the question, students are required to use the grammar structures correctly. Have the flashcards available for the students to choose from. Students can write more questions for further surveys.



Dice! Print and have your students put up the dice. Print the pages for a small group of students. They have to throw a color word dice and a number dice and see where it is on their set of worksheets and color accordingly.

School supplies and the numbers worksheet. Students will identify the classroom objects and the quantities. 

Work on the grammar rule of a or an before the students start the worksheet. Make sure that students know that they have to read the first part of a sentence and draw a line to the other part. You can make an example on the board if necessary. Students can check their work with a partner. This kind of worksheets gives your stduent the opportunity to meet the new vocabulary with the known one in a different context.

Students can make connections from the worksheet to their own situation. Present your students with this easy worksheet and the following: The classroom has many school objects that you have to count and write similar phrases. You can make this a group work. Aid your students with a school supply list of words that they already know. The focus is on recognition and quantity of the classroom supplies.

His or Her. Students will insert the missing his or her word. This is a controlled sentence construction activity.

This worksheet focus is on vocabulary. Students will write in the beginning letter the corresponding number. Then, ask which letter has the most words or numbers? Ask: What numbers start with a letter e?  and so on.

A crossword. Display your number flashcards or small cards and have students color the words they find. Ask them which numbers were missing.

Students will identify classroom objects during the practice part of the lesson plan. The worksheets bring in critical thinking tasks.

School Unit Writing Worksheets. Students should start with completing simple sentences and then reading the text for them to get confident in both skills and develop communicative competency. A review for expressing ownership using possessive adjective(my/your).

Play a game after the school objects worksheet is done. Have the students complete the pencil case with five items they want or have and write the phrases. They can get into groups of two or four. Student1 has to guess what the other student drew, asking questions: Is there a pencil? Student 2: NO!

The vocabulary worksheets can be assigned for independent practice, they can work on their own or using their text book.  Use this worksheet to keep as a picture dictionary, either on a folder or on their notebook, a place that students can go to and check on vocabulary when needed.

This is a complete the words with the vowels as a spelling practice. Students can cut the words into cards. Play Show me or Point to: Point to the pen!

They can also place all the cards into alphabetical order.

Any of these worksheets can be used to create the Bingo grid to play at any given time that you decide.  Students will cut up all the word strip and glue onto the grids. Now, you have two Bingo games to play with.

This worksheet has several words for the students to draw the classroom object around the word. Have your students draw even more school objects on another piece of paper or a notebook. Have them show their creation to the class.

Read and color worksheet. We might have students that need reinforcement on colors. Easy to do maybe at home this crayon box with the colors that they should know at this point. This combination of reading and coloring make learning English more engaging.

It is a good exercise to put things into Classroom Objects categories: colors and school objects. If it seems too crowded to complete, students can use a bigger sheet of paper or their notebook.

This is a reading comprehension worksheet. It contains short grammar sentences. Then, students can cut it up and make a puzzle with the two worksheets that come with the same format. This will reinforce the understanding of the grammatically correct sentences.

Possessive adjectives worksheets.

They are fundamental to forming simple sentences and expressing ownership. Without understanding possessive adjectives, learners may struggle to communicate basic concepts such as who owns what, such as his/her.

Whose worksheet. Review "Whose" alongside possessive adjectives to form questions about ownership. They will reinforce to ask questions like "Whose book is this?" to inquire about possession, thereby improving their question formation skills.

Questions and answer worksheet. Tell students that they might have noticed that there are questions and answers in English. Here they have to match each one. Have them go through their book and find more questions and answers like the worksheet and make them write them down on their notebook.

Writing worksheets. Draw school objects on the desk in different colors. Then, have the students write a short text of what is on the desk. With a partner, exchange and have the other person write what is on the desk from the peer.

A questionnaire is like conducting a survey, asking What’s your favorite school object? Students can then, draw the school object from the results. Perfect opportunity to practice expressing themselves in English.

Make a list of the school objects for the favorite items. They have to choose from the list and draw on the graphing worksheet. Do the graph as survey. Each student will stand up with the worksheet and say: My favorite worksheets is the pencil. Create a tally chart to record the number of votes for each school subject.

                                        

There are two listening worksheets to provide your students and extra opportunity to practice this important skill in a more relaxed way. Print the worksheets that features a boy and a girl in a classroom. This is a combination of visual elements such as classroom objects to help make connections between the words and colors enhancing understanding.
