Day 9. Halloween Pocket chart activity and more !!  

This is better done on a pocket chart, if you don’t have one it can be done on a table. It is just matching the sentences to the pictures.

 I also added a matching mat using the cards from the pocket chart.

There is a black and white versión that can be used as a listening activity in which you give directions and students do as indicated by you.

Day 10. Candy corn coloring and listening activity !!  

Students color all the candy corn as in the template.

After the worksheet is done have the students cut each part of the Candy corn and be ready to put them together as they listen to your instruction.

Students will put together a Candy corn as they listen. 

Teacher: pink, Green, Brown. Students will find the colors and put together a candy corn. Students can also give the directions for another candy corn. 

Day 11.  Labeling clothes, body and face parts on a given flashcard !!  

Label the clothes ítems on a flashcard.

Label the parts of the face and the body.

Day 12.  flashcards to play endless games !! 

Students sort the flashcards into people and animals.

ABC order.

Color Questions. Ask questions that relates to a color. Look at my examples.  As students answer the questions, other students find the flashcards to prove the answers and place them in color order.

Day 8.  Halloween Racers book !! 

This book is an oldie that will put into this collection. I made the book that it can be read on any device, just download the PDF. I think that it will be easier like this now. You can also print it out.

Make a real race if you are in class. Place a cord onto each racer charácter and have them race inside the classroom or outside. Then name who came first, second and so on. The label can be the starting or ending point of the race. I think this would be fun.

A worksheet! Students color the charácter as in the cards and match them either on their notebooks or any where else.

Day 7.  Tracing cards and feed me box!!  

The tracing cards are meant to be used with students that starting to write in their mother tongue and are ready to try to do it in English. There is a colored versión that can be used with a clear plastic sheet or laminated. With a dry erase marker all the words can be traced.

 

There is the black and white versión in which students can color the pictures and trace the words. Then cut into cards.

I made a feed me box, it has been a great activity for the little ones. I used a cereal box.

Students will feed the Jack-O-Lantern with the cards that has the ítem that you name or call.
Teacher: Feed the Jack-O-Lantern the pail.

The magnetic letters can be pulled out again for writing using the cards.

Make puzzles!

                        Day 6.  Gameboards printable!!  

Gameboards are easy to pull out at any time. I made one to review numbers, another for colors and the alphabet. For older students the Q & A and the shapes. You can place them in a clear plastic sheet for durabilty. Students can write the vocabulary over each image using a whiteboard marker and more. Students can write questions if they are older.

Take a look at the game pieces. I taped an opened clip behind each character.

For the shapes, I made small flashcards to review them, just in case.

The Questions andAnswers Gameboard is mainly for older students, the cards with the question are the same color of the space they land on. They read the question and answer in order to move on the board. 

Use the gameboard for writing. I placed the gameboard into a plastic clear sheets and have the students write sentences using a dry erase marker. 

or just write the number word.
