Printable books are powerful tools for helping elementary ESL students learn and review house furniture vocabulary. This furniture vocabulary book allows students to practice important house words such as chair, sofa, bed, and lamp while developing reading and vocabulary skills. ESL printable books help students connect vocabulary with images and support reading comprehension. This house furniture book is ideal for vocabulary review, reading practice, and independent learning.

Instead of a printable book, I propose creating a furniture vocabulary catalog. It will help them learn vocabulary related to furniture, by cutting and pasting the items in the template. You can also use the other template which are blank for the students to draw the furniture or cut from magazine, in order to practice their descriptive skills, and improve their overall language proficiency. Include it in your english lesson plan.

There is a cover page for the students to decorate.

There are pages for the furniture in the Living Room, Bedroom, Dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom and a black frame for you to add any other location in a house. Students can also add a description to each item in the catalog.

You can have a display of all the catalogs that the learners have done either individually or in small groups and give an award to each one.
