Students practice
reading sentences using the grammar point: There is /There are and the comprehension
by identifying the correct fruit or vegetable to draw using the B/W version or
the colored one. It involves spatial language practice .
Students can work in
small groups by following the path along the Fruit and vegetable vocabulary game board. Players have
opportunities to listen carefully to instructions, answer to questions to the
cards out loud, enhancing oral language development. Students will win the coin
points if they answer correctly. The student with the most points wins.
